Javier se enfoc\u00f3 en describir la funci\u00f3n tan importante que cumplen los microorganismos en la transformaci\u00f3n de la materia org\u00e1nica en abono org\u00e1nico rico en nutrientes; adem\u00e1s nos explic\u00f3 a detalle: \u00bfD\u00f3nde podemos encontrar los microorganismos?, \u00bfC\u00f3mo se pueden reproducir? Melvin Iglesias&nbsp; que nos comparti\u00f3 paso a paso la forma de aprovechar los residuos org\u00e1nicos en la elaboraci\u00f3n de huertas de manera que se logre abastecer tanto el consumo de un restaurante como el de un hogar. Melvin resalt\u00f3 los diferentes beneficios que aporta para los suelos y las plantas el trabajar con abonos org\u00e1nicos. Miguel showed us the preparation of organic fertilizers and how to apply them to the soil and plants.
